I felt the service needed was well explained before and after the service. I wanted to say that each person took their time with us and explained the process.
I also work in guest services and if guests ask where they can get their Honda and Toyota etc service, I tell them about your service department and why I feel that Wilder service is top notch with honesty, fairness and experience of having seen autos of the brands your service so the techs are familiar and experienced with working on these types of vehicles. Additionally some guests in the past purchased vehicles from Wilder Toyota as they were moving to the area and needed more practical autos for this area.

Your man Mark in parts is the man of the hour. My key for our 2003 Honda just came apart in my husband's hands while turning on the ignition. After calling Wilder and asking about fixing the key, I was told by service that I needed a new key which would cost around $150.00. As we are retired, that is a lot of money and we still had the valet key which worked. After being transfer to parts, Mark the Man, I was told that the computer was down, could he call back. Meanwhile, my husband and I discussed not purchasing a new key with the bells and whistles, but just another valet key. Mark called the following day and told me the cost and then asked, "Could you tell me what happened to your keys." I told him and he asked if I was local, which I was not, but would be going to Sequim that afternoon and could stop by. Mark took our two keys, not only fixed them, but charged us $75.00 for rehousing both keys and did it in less than an hour. We were grateful and delighted with the service provided. Mark the Man saved Wilder Auto Center from losing a sale, but instead built a relationship with us the customers where we will think twice about going to another dealer for a new car. Kudos to Mark in Parts!

From the time I met the salesman who assisted me through the process of purchasing my used vehicle, to a week later when I picked up my car, everyone was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy, I drove every car I requested to drive when I asked to, and when I did choose to purchase my favorite, there was no pressure to add on any extras (pressure that I've have every other time I've purchased a vehicle). The certified car warranty is a plus also. I would recommend dealing with with Wilder anytime!

Great, honest service! A+ Had some trouble with the alternator on my motorhome on the way through town. Called Wilder auto and there price was on point. Since we were on vacation we needed a place to park the RV for the night until they could look at it the next day (it was almost 5 pm when the problem occurred). They let us park behind the shop and camp out for the night. The next morning they got it in the shop right away. Turned out it was a broken wire, not a bad alternator like I thought. They were up front with the problem and fixed the broken wire for a third of what a new alternator would have cost me. I really appreciated the fact that they were up front and didn't try to oversell me. They even offered to shuttle us into town to go shopping while they worked on the RV. It only took them an hour to fix and had us back out on the road in no time. A+ service.

Five stars are not enough for my most excellent experience buying my first "new" car at Wilder Auto. It is not just that I love my 2010 Honda Fit, but the service I received when buying it was outstanding. Thank you, Tony Innocenzi, for going out of your way for me. Thanks also to manager Rick, and to Bob, for the parts you played in my buying adventure. I have nothing but good things to say about my Fit, and the gracious staff at Wilder Auto.

We must praise (highest praise) for Steve Nichols for helping us buy our new Nissan Rogue. Steve made the whole process painless.. and fun. He was very informative and patient. He let us ask questions repeatedly with no sense of irritation. We can't say enough good about him.
